Regina Stapleton is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Township offices, personnel, and programs. She assists the Supervisor in developing levies and budgets and monitoring investments. She reports directly to the Supervisor and Board of Trustees and is the liaison to the social service agencies funded by the Township. Regina coordinates the Township's quarterly newsletter, brochures, and website publication. She is supported by Wheeling Township's dedicated elected officials and a staff of professional service providers.

Lynndah Easterwood Lahey

Lynndah Easterwood Lahey oversees the transportation operation, Meals on Wheels, Friendly Visitor, and Health Screening Services. She also hosts a variety of educational forums and support groups and represents Wheeling Township on committees established to enrich the lives of the elderly and disabled. Assisting her are the Assistant Director, bus dispatchers, bus drivers, nurse, and countless volunteers.

Linda Hallett

Linda Hallett is secretary to the Supervisor and Director of Finance & Administration. Her duties include the upkeep and maintenance of the building, meeting room rental, procurement of supplies, tech support, and coordination of staff schedules. Assisting her are the receptionist, maintenance personnel, and security officer.

Julia Lipka

Julia Lipka reports directly to the Assessor and is responsible for day-to-day operations of the department. The Township Assessor's office assists property owners with all aspects of property taxes, including filing homeowner, senior, veteran, and disability exemptions, as well as providing assistance for appeals with the Cook County Assessor and Board of Review. The office also provides information and direction on refund applications, name and address changes, and various property tax related issues. The Assessor's Office is required to process permits on a monthly basis and send them to the Cook County Assessor to be properly recorded. She is assisted by the Deputy Assessor and three part-time employees.
